Rules and Terms

1. Some tasks are exclusive and only available to users in specific regions or through specific channels. Please refer to the task results after logging in.
2. Reward Claim: All rewards must be claimed in the task center before the task ends. Failure to claim rewards before the task ends will be considered as a waiver of the reward eligibility. Please arrange accordingly and claim your rewards in time
3. Prize: Prizes inside the mystery boxes include futures bonus, VIP trial pass, gift tokens, physical prizes, etc.
4. For futures bonus, the winner must redeem it in the rewards center within 3 days of the reward being issued. Bonus not redeemed within the validity period will expire. After redemption, the bonus can be used for 7 days; if it is not used within 7 days will automatically expire. For detailed usage rules, please refer to: Guideline to Futures Bonus
5. If the reward is a physical prize, a manager will contact you to discuss and finalize the prize distribution details.
6. All participating users must strictly abide by the Bitunix Terms of Service.
7. If a user engages in abnormal behavior such as cheating, machine registration, using fraudulent methods, using multiple accounts or devices to win prizes, the platform has the right to stop distributing rewards, deduct any illegal profits, freeze the offending account and related accounts, and reserves the right to pursue further legal action.
