Bitunix does not charge fees, but your bank may apply transfer charges.

Each user is assigned a dedicated SEPA account with the same registered name. This setup ensures faster transfer matching, minimizes errors, and enhances fund security. EUR transfers to this account will be automatically credited once received.

No. The bank account name must match the verified Bitunix account name.

SEPA transfers usually take 1–2 business days. SEPA Instant only works if your sending banks support the Instant network; otherwise, the transfer will be processed as standard SEPA.

Check the Fiat Orders page. Successful deposits appear in your order list with the status “Completed.”

Please first confirm with your bank whether the transfer was successfully processed. If it has been more than 3 business days and the funds are still not credited, please contact Bitunix Support and provide your transfer receipt.
