The Ordi token is the original chain token of the Ordinals protocol, and is also the Bitcoin BRC-20 token, constituting the ERC20 token of Ethereum. It is a Bitcoin contract token based on the Ordinals protocol. The Ordi token became the first inscription token on Bitcoin and the first BRC-20 project involving the Ordinals protocol. Ordinals Protocol is an open source project and its development takes place on GitHub. The token was launched on March 9, 2023, with a total circulation of 21 million.
