Why are my Assets Frozen?

Some reasons may cause your assets to be frozen:

1. You have pending orders which are not filled yet.

If you have pending orders that are not filled yet, related assets will be frozen until the order is either filled or cancelled.

You can find your orders under "Open Orders" and choose to cancel the unfilled orders.

2. You have a pending withdrawal.

If there is a withdrawal pending, the related assets will also be frozen. Please get in touch with the customer service to check if your withdrawal is pending for too long.

If the above conditions are not met, please submit a request or contact our online customer support and provide your UID, registered email or registered mobile phone number and we will make a detailed inquiry for you.
