Bitunix Third-Party Payment Service User Agreement

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is entered into by and between Bitunix (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform” or “we”) and users who utilize third-party payment services for fiat currency deposits (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the User”). By choosing to deposit fiat currency through a third-party payment service provider, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement as well as the Platform’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

1、Description of Third-Party Services

To facilitate fiat currency deposits, the Platform provides interface access to third-party payment service providers (hereinafter referred to as “Third-Party Providers”). All deposit transactions are processed and executed by the Third-Party Providers and are settled according to their operating rules.

The Platform does not directly handle fiat payments, does not participate in the receipt or disbursement of funds, and does not constitute a payment institution or financial institution.

2、Supported Fiat Currencies and Regional Restrictions

Supported fiat currencies, countries or regions, and payment methods (such as credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, etc.) are subject to the actual services provided by the Third-Party Providers.

Users must confirm that their country or region is not restricted by the Platform or the Third-Party Provider. If a deposit fails or is returned due to use from a restricted region, the User assumes full responsibility.

3、Deposit Process and Processing Time

Once a deposit request is completed and the Third-Party Provider confirms the transaction and notifies the Platform, the Platform will credit the equivalent amount in cryptocurrency to your account within a reasonable time.

Under normal circumstances, deposits are processed shortly after initiation. However, in cases of network issues, service congestion, or other technical problems, the Platform reserves the right to extend the processing time, which may take up to 24 to 48 hours.

If the deposit is not received beyond this timeframe, please contact customer support. We will assist in liaising with the Third-Party Provider for investigation and follow-up.

4、Fees and Exchange Rates

Third-Party Providers may charge a percentage-based or fixed service fee based on the fiat currency, payment method, and region. The specific fee will be displayed in real-time on the transaction interface.

Exchange rates are quoted in real time by the Third-Party Providers. You must confirm and accept the exchange rate before submitting the transaction. The Platform does not guarantee or adjust the pricing of such rates.

5、User Responsibilities

You must ensure that the payment account used for the deposit belongs to you and that the source of funds is lawful.

If a transaction fails, is refunded, or causes a loss due to failed identity verification, abnormal funding sources, violations of Third-Party Provider rules, or provision of false information, the Platform is not responsible.

If the Third-Party Provider requests additional identity verification or other information, you must cooperate promptly, otherwise the deposit may be delayed or canceled.

6、Platform Disclaimer

The Platform does not guarantee the availability, stability, or processing efficiency of the Third-Party Providers and is not responsible for any losses caused thereby.

For disputes arising from technical issues, abnormal rates, delayed funds, or failed refunds during the deposit process, please contact the Third-Party Provider directly. The Platform only provides basic support and communication assistance.

7、Compliance and Risk Control

The Platform complies with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-financing of terrorism (CFT), and other relevant regulations, and reserves the right to review, suspend, or reject deposits and request supporting documentation for suspicious transactions.

If the Platform identifies any illegal funding, fraud, or high-risk transactions, it reserves the right to freeze related account assets and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

8、Privacy and Data Protection

Personal and transaction information submitted to Third-Party Providers will be managed according to their privacy policies. The Platform is not responsible for how such data is handled.

The Platform will only collect and process the data necessary to confirm deposit status, conduct compliance checks, and ensure account security, and will protect your privacy in accordance with applicable laws.

9、Agreement Modifications and Termination

The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time and will notify you via website announcements or on-page notices. The updated terms take effect upon publication.

If you disagree with the amended terms, you should stop using the third-party deposit service. Continuing to use the service will be deemed as your acceptance of all changes.

10、Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform is registered.

In case of any dispute arising from this Agreement or third-party deposit services, both parties shall first seek to resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction in the Platform’s place of registration.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using third-party payment services for deposits. Your continued use indicates that you fully understand and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
