What is a Mystery Box
A Mystery Box is a free reward box issued by the Bitunix exchange during specific campaigns to provide extra benefits. When you open a Mystery Box, you receive a random reward of varying value. Possible rewards include Gift Funds, Futures Bonus, and a VIP Trial Pass. Each reward has a validity period. After expiry, unused rewards are automatically reclaimed by the system.
Reward types
Gift Funds
Credited to your spot account. You can trade spot pairs or withdraw them if the campaign allows. You can also transfer them to your contract account to participate in futures trading.
Futures Bonus
A one-time credit that can be used only when opening a position in a perpetual contract. It functions as trial margin and can offset trading losses and certain fees, including handling fees and funding fees. Futures Bonus cannot be withdrawn.
VIP Trial Pass
Grants a temporary VIP level. During the valid period, you receive the corresponding trading fee discounts and other VIP benefits.
How to Redeem Your Blind Box
1、Download and log in to the Bitunix App. Tap the top left【icon】, then select 【My Rewards】.
2、Go to 【My Rewards】, find【Mystery Box】, and if you hold the required coupon, tap【Use Now】. After opening, you will receive a random reward of varying value, such as Gift Funds, a Futures Bonus, or a VIP Trial Pass.
Note: Every reward has a validity period. After expiry, unused rewards are automatically reclaimed by the system.
3、After redemption
Futures Bonus：Credited automatically to your futures account and usable as trial margin when opening positions. It cannot be withdrawn.
Gift Funds：If manual claim is required, return to My Rewards and tap Redeem again to transfer the funds to your spot account. Withdrawal availability depends on the campaign rules.
VIP Trial Pass：In My Rewards, tap Activate to enable the pass. After activation, you will enjoy the corresponding VIP fee discounts and privileges during the valid period.
Terms and Conditions for Using Mystery Boxes
- Validity period
Each reward has a validity period. After expiry, the system will automatically reclaim any unused reward.
- Abuse and violations
If Bitunix detects activities such as bulk registrations or malicious cash-out behavior, Bitunix will review the account, disqualify it from the campaign, and claw back any distributed items, including Mystery Boxes, Gift Funds, Futures Bonus, and VIP Trial Pass.
- Final interpretation
Bitunix reserves the right to final interpretation of all Mystery Box rewards.
