How to withdraw cryptocurrency on Bitunix(App)?

What Is a Withdrawal?

A withdrawal refers to transferring digital assets from your Bitunix account to an external wallet or another exchange account.

When making a withdrawal, please double-check that the chosen withdrawal network matches the receiving wallet’s network. If the networks do not match, your funds may be lost.

Withdrawals generally fall into two categories:

  • On-chain withdrawals: transferring funds to an external wallet via blockchain.
  • Internal transfers: moving funds between Bitunix accounts.
  • In this guide, we’ll use USDT as an example to demonstrate the withdrawal process step by step.

Withdrawal of Crypto On-Chain

1、On the homepage of the Bitunix App, tap 【Assets】 → 【Withdrawal】.

2、Select On-Chain Withdrawal

On the withdrawal page, select 【On-Chain Withdrawal】.
Use the
【Search】bar to find the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.

3、Enter Withdrawal Details;Using【USDT】as an example:

  • Choose the TRON (TRC20) network.
  • Enter or paste the Withdrawal Address.
  • Enter the Withdrawal Amount.
  • Double-check the withdrawal details.

Note:

  • Withdrawal Address: Select the destination deposit address from your [Address Book], an [Exchange], or an [Uncustodial Wallet].
  • Withdrawal Network: The [Deposit/Network] selected on the receiving exchange or wallet must match the withdrawal network on Bitunix (for example, Tron TRC20). If the networks do not match, your crypto may be lost.
  • For some cryptocurrencies (such as XRP), additional information like MEMO or Tag is also required.

Internal transfer

Reminder

If the networks do not match, your crypto may be lost. For some cryptocurrencies (such as XRP), additional MEMO or Tag information is also required.
  • Never share your passwords, SMS verification codes, or Google Authenticator codes with anyone.
  • After submitting a withdrawal request, the transaction must be confirmed by the blockchain network before reaching your external wallet or exchange account. The typical processing time is 3–20 minutes.
