3.What to Do If Your Bitunix Deposit Is Not Credited
When you deposit digital assets from your wallet or other exchanges to your Bitunix account, if the deposit coins do not arrive in the account, it is usually caused by the following situations:
- Normal deposit, block confirmation delay, resulting in the deposit failed to arrive in time.
If your deposit information is confirmed correctly, but the assets are still not credited to your account, the record of the deposit can be found on the blockchain network, but because the block is waiting for confirmation. When the block is fully confirmed, the block synchronization to the platform wallet will also have a certain delay, please wait patiently. Or contact the wallet used to withdraw cash or platform customer service personnel for assistance.
- Deposit currencies other than the designated currency will not arrive at the account.
Before deposit, please make sure that the asset you are going to deposit is the same as platform's, such as the full name and the contract address. Or it will lead to failure to arrive at the account. Please submit a request and our staff will assist you in the return process. However, please note that a certain handling fee may be charged for manual processing to recover the fund from the network or wallet.
- Deposit using the wrong address and network, resulting in failure to arrive at the account.
For example, please check the address and network carefully before your deposit. Do not deposit your ETH to the address of BTC, and do not deposit assets from ERC20 network to a BSC20 or other networks, which will result in the assets not being able to arrive at the account. When you encounter this kind of situation, please submit a request in time, and the staff will help you deal with it. However, please note that a certain handling fee may be charged for manual processing.
- Fill in the Memo/Tag, resulting in failure to arrive at the account.
Some currencies need to fill in the Memo/Tag for deposit. You need to enter the Memo/Tag correctly. If you enter the wrong Memo/Tag, assets can not arrive at the account properly. In such a situation, you can please submit a request explaining your details, including the token you deposit, amount, correct Memo/Tag and wrongly written Memo/Tag, txid. However, please note that a certain handling fee may be charged for manual processing.
- Deposit to a smart contract.
When you deposit, each asset has a corresponding deposit address, and it's different from the contract address. Please use the deposit address of the coin generated by the system of the deposit platform. Do not use the contract address of the coin to deposit, or it will not arrive. And it will be impossible to recover the assets deposited to the smart contract.
- The deposit amount does not meet the minimum deposit requirement.
The minimum deposit amount for each cryptocurrency depends on the specific cryptocurrency and blockchain network you are using.
