The login password is the security password used by users to log in to their personal accounts on the Bitunix platform.

How to change  login password

1、After logging into your account, select "Security" under the user icon on the top right.

2、Under the Password, click "Change" next to Current Login Password.

3. Enter your Login password, then enter your new login password and confirm (both must be the same); enter the verification code as prompted and click "Submit" to complete the change.

*Note: a combination of letters and numbers must be used, and it should be between 8 to 20 characters.

*For fund security, users will be required to re-login after changing password. And the withdrawal will be paused for 24 hours.

*If users lose access to the old email, phone number, or Google Authenticator, they can click "Security verification unavailable" at the bottom of the page to reset the security verification following the instructions provided.
