
KYC: This refers to the "Know Your Customer Well" process that Bitunix implements before entering into a business relationship or transaction with its users. As part of this process, Bitunix may do whatever it deems necessary to identify users, verify their identity, review and investigate their transactions, or comply with any applicable laws or regulations.
Pursuant to “Terms of Services” of Bitunix(the Company), each User should acknowledge that each set of User Credentials is non-transferable and shall only be used by the User to whom it is issued. Such User Credentials shall not be disclosed to or transferred to any third person without written permission from the Company. Upon agreeing on the Company’s “Terms of Services”, the User provides the Company with his/her personal information and ID document to complete the KYC procedures for his/her own use of Bitunix account only. Consequently, The Company will not be responsible or liable for any loss or risks resulted from the dishonest or abusive behaviors that violate the Company’s relevant Policies and Procedures.
