Why Are My Bitunix Assets Frozen & How to Resolve It
If your assets are showing a "Frozen" status, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:
1. You have open (unfilled) orders
When you have pending orders in the market that haven't been filled yet, the funds required for those orders are temporarily locked. You can navigate to your Open Orders list and manually cancel the order to unlock the funds.
2. You have a pending withdrawal request
If you have a withdrawal currently being processed, the associated assets will remain frozen until the withdrawal is completed. If the withdrawal status hasn't updated for an extended period, please contact Bitunix Support for assistance.
Still frozen?
If neither of the above applies and your assets remain frozen, please contact Live Support or submit a support ticket. Be sure to provide your registered email (or phone number) and UID so our team can investigate and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
