How to Complete Identity Verification (KYC)
1、 Open the Bitunix App, log in to your account, and tap 【Top Left Avatar】 > 【Profile Area】> 【Identity Verification】.
2. Select "Basic Certification" and【Verify】 click . Fill in your personal information, then click 【Next】and 【Verify Now】to proceed.
(Note: Basic certification must be completed before you can proceed to advanced certification.)
3. Follow the prompts to upload the front and back of your identification document, then click [Submit].
Wait for Bitunix to complete the review. Once approved, your KYC basic identity verification will be successfully completed.
Important Reminder
- Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, or PNG images smaller than 5 MB.
- The ID photo must be clear, unaltered, and unobstructed. The portrait, ID number, and name must be visible.
- The photo must be taken without a hat. It is recommended not to wear heavy makeup. Facial features must be clear, and both arms must be fully visible when holding the ID.
- Proof of address: Use the address on your ID card or another valid residential address.
- Handheld ID with personal signature: Provide a photo of yourself holding the front side of your ID along with a handwritten note. The note must include: “Name + Application Date + Bitunix.”
