How to Set Up an Email

If users register with a phone number, they are still allowed to set up email address for their accounts.

1、After logging into your account on Bitunix website, click "Security" under the user icon on the top right.

2、Click "Set up" next to the "Email Verification".

3、Enter the new email address, click "Get Code", Then click "Next" and finally complete the security verification and click "Submit" to successfully bind your email.

*Please use an email that never registered with Bitunix before to complete the set up.

How to Change an Email

After users set up email address, if users lose access to their old email address or. want to change a new email address, Bitunix allows users to change their email address.

1、After logging into your account, select "Security" under the user icon on the top right.

2、Click "Change" next to the "Email Verification Code".

3、Enter the new email address, click "Get Code". Enter the 6-digit code you received at your new email address.

4. Finally Complete the security verification and click "Get Code" to complete the email address change.

*If users lose access to the old email, phone number, or Google Authenticator, they can click "Security verification unavailable" at the bottom of the page to reset the security verification following the instructions provided.
