Bitunix currently supports Visa and Mastercard.

Note: Please ensure your card supports 3D Secure verification and has international payments and online transactions enabled.


2、In which countries/regions can I use a credit/debit card to purchase cryptocurrency?

We support purchases in over 120 countries worldwide, except in countries under U.S. sanctions or those with high financial risk.

3、Which fiat and cryptocurrencies can I purchase using a credit/debit card?

Cryptocurrencies: USDT, BTC, USDC, ETH

Fiat currencies: Over 30 supported, including USD, EUR, CAD, CHF, AUD, GBP, and more


4、What are the transaction limits per user?

Per transaction: Minimum $50 equivalent, maximum $5,000 equivalent

Daily limit: $5,000 equivalent


5、Is KYC verification required?

Yes. To ensure security, KYC (Sumsub) identity verification is required for your first credit/debit card purchase.

Additional verification may be required by third-party service providers.


6、How long does it take to receive the cryptocurrency?

Once the purchase is completed, the crypto will be instantly credited to your account.


7、Why might card binding fail?

Please ensure you are using a card under your own name, and the cardholder name matches your KYC information on Bitunix.

If other errors occur (e.g., bank rejection), please try a different card.


8、What should I do if my order is stuck in “Processing” for a long time?

Orders are usually processed within a few seconds.

If the order isn’t completed, please log in to your account and click the customer support icon in the bottom right corner to contact Bitunix Online Support.


9、Will I be charged if a purchase fails?

No. If the order is unsuccessful, no funds will be deducted from your account.


10、Where can I view my order history?

Go to the Crypto Purchase via Card page and click on "My Orders" in the top-right corner to view your order history.


11、Where can I see the crypto I purchased after the order is completed?

Click on the top-right navigation bar "Assets > Spot Account" to view your purchased coins and balance.
