How to Reset Login Password

If users forget the login password of their Bitunix accounts, they can recover it by clicking “Forgot Password” on the Web or Bitunix App on the login page.

Please note that in order to protect the account and assets, accounts are not allowed to withdraw within 24 hours after successfully resetting the login password.

How to Reset Login Password

1、Go to Bitunix.com, click Login on the top right, then click "Forgot password".

2、On the Reset Login Password page, enter the email or mobile you used to register on Bitunix, click "Next".

3、Complete security verification following the instruction, click "Submit".

4、Enter the new login password, and confirm by entering the new login password again, click Next.

5、After submission, your Bitunix account login password has been successfully reset!
