How to Reset Login Password （Web）？

If users forget the login password of their Bitunix accounts, they can recover it by clicking “Forgot Password” on the Web or Bitunix App on the login page.

Please note that in order to protect the account and assets, accounts are not allowed to withdraw within 24 hours after successfully resetting the login password.

How to Reset Login Password

1. From the login page, click "Forgot password".

2. On the Reset Login Password page, enter the email or mobile you used to register on Bitunix, click "Next".

3. Complete security verification following the instruction, click "Submit".

4. Enter the new login password, and confirm by entering the new login password again, clickNext.
