What is Withdrawal?
A withdrawal refers to the process of transferring digital assets from your Bitunix account to an external wallet or to a trading account on another platform.
When making deposits or withdrawals, always ensure that the selected network matches the network of the destination address. Using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
Withdrawals are generally divided into two types: on-chain withdrawals and internal transfers. In the example below, we will use USDT to demonstrate the withdrawal process.
Withdrawal of coins on the chain
1. Open the Bitunix website and log in to your personal account. Click the [Wallet Icon] in the top-right corner.

2. On the Assets page, click on [Withdrawal].

3. On the withdrawal page, select [On-Chain Withdrawal], confirm the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw. Using USDT as an example, choose the [TRON (TRC20)] network, then enter or paste the [USDT Address] and the [Withdrawal Amount]. After verifying the withdrawal details, click [Withdraw], obtain and enter the required verification code, and complete the withdrawal process.

Note:
When selecting a withdrawal network, make sure that the [Deposit Network] of the receiving exchange or wallet matches the Bitunix withdrawal network. For example, if you select Tron (TRC20), the receiving side must also support Tron (TRC20). Otherwise, your funds may be lost. For certain cryptocurrencies, such as XRP, entering MEMO information is also required.
二、Internal transfer
1. Open the Bitunix website and log in to your personal account. Click the [Wallet Icon] at the top right.

2. On the Assets page, click [Withdrawal].

3. On the withdrawal page, select [Internal transfer]. Confirm the currency you want to withdraw. Using [USDT] as an example, enter the recipient’s [email], [withdrawal amount], and verify the withdrawal details. Once confirmed, click [Withdrawal].
(In-app transfers can be made using different methods: email, mobile phone number, or UID information.)

4. Confirm the recipient information and withdrawal amount are correct. Click [Confirm], then obtain and enter the required verification code as instructed. Once completed, the withdrawal will be successful.

Reminder:
- When selecting a withdrawal network, the [Deposit/Recharge Network] of the other exchange or wallet must match the Bitunix withdrawal network (for example, Tron (TRC20)). Otherwise, the assets will be lost. For some coins (such as XRP), MEMO information is also required.
- Do not disclose passwords, SMS verification codes, Google verification codes, or any other security information to anyone.
- After completing the withdrawal, it must be confirmed by the network node before the assets can reach your personal wallet account or another platform account. The arrival time is usually between 3 to 20 minutes.
