What is an On-Chain Deposit
An on-chain deposit refers to transferring digital assets from another exchange or wallet to your Bitunix account, similar to how a bank transfer works.
For example: Person A provides Person B with a bank card number. Person B takes this number to the bank and deposits money into the account designated by Person A. This process is comparable to depositing coins into a Bitunix wallet.
When making a deposit, each digital asset requires a deposit address. For some assets, you may also need to enter a label (also called Tag or Memo) in addition to the address.
Important Reminder:
When depositing coins, always ensure that:
- The currency name for deposit and withdrawal matches
- The network used remains consistent
- Failing to do so may result in lost funds.
How to Deposit Funds
1. Open the official Bitunix website and log in to your account. Then, click the “Wallet” icon at the top right corner.

2. Click “Deposit” at the top right. You can also find the “Deposit” option at the bottom left of the page.

3. Select the currency you wish to deposit. For example, if you choose USDT, select the available deposit network for USDT, such as TRC-20, then click [Copy] to copy the deposit address generated on the page, or save the provided QR code.
Note:
When recharging with USDT, this address only supports USDT deposits. Do not attempt to deposit any other currency, as the assets will not be recoverable.
Certain cryptocurrencies, such as XRP, require additional information. Please make sure to enter the MEMO or TAG details displayed on the deposit page.

4. Open another platform or wallet, select Withdraw, choose USDT, and select the same on-chain network as chosen in Bitunix. Paste the deposit address you copied from Bitunix, or scan the QR code through the corresponding app. Follow the prompts to complete the required information and confirm the transaction.
For specific currencies, such as XRP, you must also enter the MEMO or TAG information shown on the Bitunix deposit page.
5. Once the network confirms the transaction, your deposit will be completed. The funds will appear in the Asset Overview section of your Bitunix account.
Important Notes:
- Minimum Deposit Amount: Please make sure your deposit meets the minimum requirement for the cryptocurrency you are depositing.
- Recharge Fees: Bitunix does not charge deposit fees, but network fees may still apply.
- Avoid Expired Addresses: Before making a deposit, always check the recharge page for the latest deposit address. Do not use expired or outdated addresses, as this could cause irreversible loss of funds.
- Confirm Currency and Network: Ensure that both the cryptocurrency and network you select match the deposit address before proceeding. For specific tokens, such as XRP, you must also enter the required MEMO or TAG information displayed on the deposit page.
- Deposit Confirmation: After the deposit is submitted, it must be confirmed by the blockchain network before being credited to your account. The arrival time typically ranges between 3 to 20 minutes.
