What is a physical reward?

Physical rewards are gifts issued by Bitunix to users for completing eligible campaigns or tasks. After a reward is granted, you can choose how to redeem it in My Rewards. You may either receive equivalent USDT or have the physical item shipped. If you choose USDT, the platform credits the equivalent amount to your Spot Account based on the item’s value. If you choose shipment, the platform mails the item to you and you can track delivery progress in real time on the reward details page.

How to receive physical rewards

1.Open the Bitunix App and log in. Tap the 「profile icon」 in the upper-left corner, then select 「My Rewards」 to view any rewards from campaigns or tasks.

2.In 「My Rewards」, open the item under 「Physical Prizes」 and tap 「Redeem」. On the Select Redemption Method pop-up, choose 「Equivalent in USDT」 or 「Receive Physical Reward」, then tap 「Confirm」. Once selected, the redemption method cannot be changed.

3.If you choose 「Equivalent in USDT」, the funds will be credited to your Spot Account immediately after you tap Confirm.

4.If you choose 「Receive Physical Reward」, after you tap Confirm you will be taken to the Shipping Information page. Enter your Country, Recipient Name, Contact Number, Region, and Detailed Address, then submit. Your physical reward will be shipped.

Physical Rewards Redemption Terms

•Time limit: Physical rewards must be redeemed within the specified redemption period.

•Usage restriction: Physical rewards are for prize redemption only. If you choose shipment, the item cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted to USDT later, and it cannot be used in spot or contract accounts. If you choose Equivalent in USDT, the funds are credited to your Spot Account under the normal platform rules.

•Compliance: If bulk registrations, abuse, or malicious monetization are detected, Bitunix may review the activity, revoke eligibility, and recover any vouchers or rewards issued to the account.

•Interpretation rights: Bitunix reserves the right of final interpretation for matters related to physical rewards.
