The VIP Trial Pass is a free gift box issued by the Bitunix exchange during events to give back to users and provide more exclusive benefits. After opening the gift box, you will randomly receive different levels of VIP Trial Passes, and you can immediately enjoy the exclusive rights of the corresponding level. These benefits may include fee reductions, weekly blind box gifts, guaranteed stop-loss coupons, and more.
Please note that each VIP Trial Pass has a fixed validity period and will be automatically recycled by the system after it expires. We recommend using it within the validity period to enjoy all the benefits.

How to use the VIP Trial Pass
1、Download and log in to the Bitunix App. Tap the 【icon】 at the top left, then click 【My Rewards】.
2、Enter the 【My Rewards】 page. Find the 【VIP Trial Pass】. Click the 【Activate】button, then open the gift box. Select 【VIP Perks 】to see the corresponding VIP rights.
3、If your current VIP level is lower than the newly obtained VIP Trial Pass, you can choose whether to redeem it immediately or not:
- Redeem now: After activating, the new card’s benefits will override your current VIP benefits. You can instantly enjoy more rights and higher-level privileges (the higher the level, the greater the benefits).
- Redeem later: You can keep the new card and activate it only when needed.
New Card Rights Coverage Operation Steps
- Find and click Activate on the newly acquired VIP Trial Pass.
- Enter confirm in the text box.
- Click the button I have acknowledged. Continue to activate to complete the process and enable the new level of benefits.
Terms and Conditions
- The VIP Trial Pass has a fixed validity period. Once expired, it will be automatically recycled by the system. Any overdue use will be regarded as forfeiting the rights and benefits.
- To ensure fairness, if users are found to have violated rules (e.g., mass account registrations or malicious cash-outs using technical means), Bitunix will strictly review such behavior. Bitunix reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of the violating account, revoke issued VIP Trial Passes, and reclaim any associated rights and benefits.
