To verify the legitimacy of your funds and confirm that you are the genuine owner of the source account, you may be requested to submit a Deposit Source Verification Video.



How to record your video

Before recording, make sure you have a stable internet connection and your devices are ready. Please record the video in one continuous take, with no pauses, edits or cuts.


Step 1: Prepare your setup
You may use two devices to complete the recording:

  • If using a computer:

Log in to Platform A (the platform you used to make the deposit) on your computer.

Use your mobile phone to record the entire process clearly.

  • If using a mobile phone:

Phone A: Log in to Platform A (the platform you used to make the deposit).

Phone B: Open the camera app and record the entire process.


Make sure the recording device can clearly capture the full screen, showing all transaction details. Ensure the environment is bright, and all information on the screen is clear and readable.



Step 2: Start recording

  • Begin recording before logging in to your external wallet, platform, or exchange.
  • Record the verification process


Log in to the external account, exchange, or wallet that you used to make the deposit to your Bitunix account.

Note: You do not need to show any passwords. This step is to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the external account.



Step 3: Show Your Transaction Record

  • Navigate to the Transaction History or Withdrawal History section on the external platform or wallet.
  • Locate the specific record that matches your deposit to Bitunix.
  • Make sure the following details are clearly visible in the video:

Token / Currency

Amount

Transaction Time (Timestamp)

TXID (Transaction ID) or Transaction Hash

  • For cryptocurrency transfers, please also open the TXID (Transaction ID) link to display the transaction on the blockchain explorer.


Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team, and you will be notified of the result.

What Your Video Should Include

Please record your verification video in one continuous take — no pauses, edits, or cuts.

  • Clearly demonstrate the source account or platform from which your deposit was made to your Bitunix account.
  • Show the withdrawal or transaction record that corresponds to your Bitunix deposit record.
  • Ensure the video clearly captures your device screen and all relevant transaction details (amount, currency, timestamp, TXID, etc.).
  • The video must include the complete login process of the external platform or wallet (you may hide passwords or sensitive data).
  • Screen recordings or deposit confirmation emails are not accepted. Please use a camera to record the entire process.
  • All information must be recorded in one continuous video; do not split the same materials into multiple videos.
